Integration and retention of foreign-trained teachers\nAline Niyubahwe\, Ph.D.\, Associate Professor\, Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT). Discover how internationally educated immigrant teachers (IETs)\, with their high qualifications and wealth of experience\, can not only address the teacher shortage\, but also enrich our schools with their diversity and unique role as cultural mediators.
